How to delete your data from Agrawal Jewellers
Agrawal Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. respects your right to have your personal information deleted. If you have messaged us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, or given us your details through our website or app, you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@agrawaljewellers.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- In the email, tell us the name of the Instagram or Facebook account, or the phone number, that you used to message us, so that we can find your record.
- We will delete the conversation history and the customer record linked to you from our systems, and we will confirm to you by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Messages you sent to us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp
- Your profile name, profile picture and account ID that we received from those platforms
- The customer record we created for you (name, phone number, email, notes)
Things to know
- Deleting a chat inside Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp removes it from your side only. It does not remove our copy, so please contact us as described above.
- We may keep limited information where the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records.
